A heart-broken message

Last week ,I heard a tragedy when I talked with my senior high friends on MSN .He said that our teacher had been hospitalized over a month and his condition was not optimistic .As a result ,we friends decided to see him when series vacation came .

last Wednesday ,I arrived at one of my friend's home first ,and then he drove car to assembling place ,our senior high school .Though seeing friends and teachers who didn't see each other was a joyful matter ,we enjoyed conversations and cherish the memory of those carefree days .But returning to the fact ,we had to see our teacher .As soon as knowing the hospital our teacher stayed ,we began to go to destination .After taking one hour on the bus ,we finally got to the hospital .Before visiting teacher , there were some rules we had to follow .In the first place ,only two people can come in to the intensive care unit .Second ,we had to wear masks .When it turned to me for seeing teacher ,I was so nervous that my head was blank .But sorrow filled up my mind when my first eye on my teacher .His energetic expression and powerful voice were not appear anymore .The pain took over his entertaining appearance .The only word he can say is to murmur .Nevertheless I was not sick ,I could fell the hurt from him .That scene is too sorrowful to describe .The only thing I can do for him is to say “You have to tolerate this tough time ,teacher . ”I didn't know whether he heard my words or not but hope he will get better soon sincerely .

My Idol

Everytime when someone asks me who your idol is, needless to say , my idol is Tim Duncan . The following are my reasons .

First , there is no doubt that he is the best basketball player among the NBA players . He is good at not only offense but also defense ,which is hard to do both well for any basketball players nowadays . So every team is afraid of playing with Spurs ,especially when Tim Duncan is on fire , no one can get scores from his defense and no one can stop him getting scores ni the pain . Second , though he plays so well ni basketball , he is quiet and polite , just like a gentleman in the race .He never yells at other players or play tricks on them no matter what kind of circumstances take place .I think there are few players can do this like Tim Duncan in such competitive games .In addition ,he established a foundation for people who suffer from cancer . Because his father died of cancer ,he is determined to do something for those painful people .

For these reasons ,Tim Duncan affects me a lot .Perhaps I wouldn't play basketball as occupation in the future ,but I will learn his spirit and be a guy like him in my life .

Fool around all winter....

Wel l , I find my physical force being low after I wasted time during winter vacation . Because of this , my basketball skills goes backward . I even can't believe what did I play so badly . As a result , I plan to train my physical strength first . And then , I will practice basketball skills with my whole heart . I hope I can not recover my skills but beyond myself , and push me to a higher level . Will this goal attend ? Mmmm..... , I will .
